Primacy Strategy Group Expansion Continues with Key New Staff Additions
Primacy Strategy Group (PSG) enhances its growth trajectory, to serve its expanding client roster through the strategic addition of new key personnel.
Scott Schneider – Communications, Public Relations, and Events Manager, Primacy Strategy Group
Scott Schneider has been hired as the Communications, Public Relations and Events Manager for the Primacy Strategy Group and Synergetic Endeavors. Scott joined the team in May 2024, bringing with him nearly a decade of experience in newsrooms across the country.
A native of Prescott, WI, Scott graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire in 2015 with a bachelor’s degree in communication and journalism.
In the fall of 2015, Scott worked as the Executive Producer at KMID/FOX 24 in Odessa, Texas. Scott helped the station launch new 9pm and 11am newscasts while supporting daily content creation and story development. He also led the station’s political coverage of the 2016 presidential election.
In 2018, Scott moved to Little Rock, Arkansas to work as a producer at KARK/FOX 16. During his tenure, Scott covered the Coronavirus pandemic, the 2020 presidential election as well as the national unrest in the summer of 2020.
In 2021, Scott moved back to the Midwest to work at FOX 9 in Eden Prairie, MN. Scott left the news industry in 2023 to focus on communications and media relations work.
In his free time, Scott enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Haylee, and daughter, Lux. They also have a dog, Beau, and a cat, Socks. The family loves to spend time up at their cabins in northern Wisconsin. Scott is a fan of sour beer, video games, hiking, movies, podcasts and fantasy football.
Kelsey Deering – Scheduling & Advance Coordinator, Primacy Strategy Group
Kelsey Deering has been hired as the Scheduling and Advance Coordinator at Primacy Strategy Group. Ms. Deering comes to PSG with experience in customer service and administration, local and state politics, and public relations.
Originally from Minnesota, Kelsey received her BA in Media and Information and Political Science from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities. She was actively involved in various student publications, campaign operations, and non-profit organizations throughout her academic career.
Kelsey adeptly managed public relations for a student-led magazine at the University of Minnesota while balancing her responsibilities in campaign operations, fundraising, and outreach efforts for the Minnesota Democratic Farmer-Labor Party and Minnesota Clean Water Action.
She joins PSG with a strong commitment to public service, gained through her experiences working within her community. During the 2024 legislative session, she assisted with the daily operations of the Sergeant at Arms Office for the Minnesota House of Representatives.
Brom Lutz – Community Relations and Business Development
Brom Lutz has been retained by Primacy Strategy Group to spearhead Community Relations and Business Development for western North Dakota for the firm. Having a diverse background, Brom has expertise in assisting companies in developing their strategic plan to implement responsible and sustainable growth.
Starting at an early age, community service has been of great importance to Brom. He has served his Nation in the United States Navy, and his community as a law enforcement officer. Brom currently serves on a number of non-profit boards, including serving as vice president of the Western Regional Economic Development Board, secretary of the board for the Williston Basin American Petroleum Institute chapter, secretary of the board for Williams County Vector Control, and the Williston Area Military Affairs committee. Brom also serves as host of the “Bakken Report” on KEYZ-AM 660 radio.
Additionally, he is owner of Brom Lutz Consulting LLC, a consulting firm focused on business strategies, public relations, and business development.
