John C. Greene is the Senior Federal Lobbyist for Primacy Strategy Group’s government affairs team. John has 25 years of federal lobbying experience on Capitol Hill, the White House and with federal agencies. His chief experience is in healthcare including private and public health insurance programs. John is an expert on employer-based coverage and Medicare.

Prior to joining PSG, John served as Senior Vice President of Government Affairs at the National Association of Benefits and Insurance Professionals, formerly, NAHU for 24 years. He lobbied on numerous healthcare bills including the Medicare Modernization Act, The ACA, and The Mental Parity and Addiction Equity Act.

John also worked as a Policy Analyst for the State of Maryland’s Health Care Commission (MHCC).

Greene’s experience and relationships with Congress can serve clients through navigating the legislative challenges of a closely divided Congress.

John has a Master’s degree in Health Services Management and Policy from The George Washington University and lives in Annapolis, Maryland.
