Mr. Kasbohm is the Chief Financial Officer and Director of Association Management for the Primacy Strategy Group. Mr. Kasbohm is responsible for managing the finance and accounting functions for PSG. Mr. Kasbohm is a member of the executive management team providing budget management, cost–benefit analysis and forecasting to the CEO and the Board of Governors. In addition, he leads PSG’s association and event management business unit.

Mr. Kasbohm has extensive experience in association management and provides clients expert advice in association structure, bylaws, board staffing support, financial management, strategic planning for advocacy and legislative efforts, and vendor management. With his leadership and guidance clients routinely experience revenue and membership growth for their associations. He and his team successfully oversee all aspects of client’s events including, budget management, venue research and identification and registration services.

Charles has executed on dozens of small scale and multiday conferences with thousands of attendees. They include events at the Republican and Democratic National Conventions, the National Conference of State Legislatures annual Legislative Summit and the Congressional Medal of Honor Society convention. Obsessed with details, Mr. Kasbohm is often accused of being a perfectionist. He believes that the details are what set apart the ordinary from the extraordinary.

Prior to joining Synergetic Endeavors Mr. Kasbohm had an abundance of experience in small business startups, development, operations, and management. A serial entrepreneur by nature, Charles has more than 30 years of business experience in a diverse number of industries, including owning and operating the first indoor extreme sports facility, one of the largest transportation services companies and wireless retail chains in the mid-west. He regularly received recognition for top sales and operational excellence. With his experiences, Mr. Kasbohm easily develops solid relationships with his clients, colleagues, and vendors. This ability allows him to anticipate clients’ needs, and have a greater understanding of their vision, goals, and objectives.
