Chase Cushman is the Deputy Chief of Staff for the Primacy Strategy Group and Synergetic Endeavors.

Prior to joining the firm, Chase held numerous high-profile roles for the Obama Administration, starting as a member of the Senior National Advance Staff for Obama for America, and culminating at the White House as Director of Scheduling and Advance and Assistant to the President. Chase’s position as a trusted senior advisor to President Obama has taken him to 42 countries across 6 continents, during which time he was the project owner for globally covered events both at home and abroad, including the 2015 G7 Summit, the 2016 Global Nuclear Security Summit, and the 2015 US/Gulf States Cooperative Forum, among many others.

At the White House, Chase earned his reputation as a collaborative strategic planner and decisive troubleshooter as he led a team of 230+ reports across the management of two distinctly different White House functions.

Following his government service, Chase moved home to Minnesota to be a stay-at-home dad (his favorite job) before taking a  senior position at Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity

Chase graduated magna cum laude from Saint John’s University in Collegeville, MN with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. He lives in Big Lake, MN with his wife Makara and their children Riley, Lyla, Evie, and Stevie.
