Mindy C. Reiser is a senior social scientist with extensive experience at the state/national/international levels in research, communications, training and evaluation in education, health/human services, economic development and peacebuilding/conflict resolution. Experienced in grant writing and grant review for the public and private sectors, she has assessed knowledge management within the U.S. Government and designed and implemented training programs in public opinion/market research. Mindy has extensive background working with government agencies, the corporate sector, academic institutions, national/international non-governmental organizations, and foundations.

She has worked for the United Nations, consulted for the Ford Foundation and the American Academy of Actuaries, managed programs for the Council for International Exchange of Scholars and monitored elections for the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe. Whether reviewing the grant portfolio of a Puerto Rico-based foundation, or developing a manual for the American Psychological Association to advise researchers contemplating a research and teaching stay overseas, Mindy brings expertise in building connections across diverse worlds and identifying areas of shared interest.

Mindy holds a Ph.D. from the Heller School for Social Policy and Management at Brandeis University and an M.S. in Journalism and an M.I.A. in International Affairs from Columbia University. She has taught sociology at Regis College and Northeastern University and gave a seminar at the Washington Center for Internships and Academic Seminars.
