Ben Stacer is a Senior Policy Analyst at Primacy Strategy Group. He focuses mainly on policy-oriented issues for clients, helping to manage nationwide state legislative initiatives, grassroots advocacy campaigns in multiple states, and state-wide and national coalitions.

Since joining the firm in 2016, Mr. Stacer has supported the government relations and regulatory affairs teams in North Dakota, Washington, DC, and other states by analyzing and tracking proposed legislation and drafting public testimony for several of the firm’s clients, including those in the technology, healthcare, transportation, and energy spaces.

Mr. Stacer earned a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Environmental Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
