About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Administrative Assistant to support our firm’s senior executives. In this role you will provide administrative support, assist in daily office needs, and manage our company’s general administrative activities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Organize and schedule appointments.
  • Plan meetings and take detailed notes.
  • Write and distribute emails, memos, and reports.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other collateral materials.
  • Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary.
  • Order office supplies.
  • Updating and maintaining contact lists.
  • Book travel arrangements.
  • Provide general support to visitors.
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.

Requirements and skills:

  • Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required. Experience with Salesforce software preferred.
  • Knowledge of elected officials and key policymakers at the state, local and federal levels preferred.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Working knowledge of standard office equipment.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must operate well in a team environment as well as perform job duties with little supervision.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including nights and occasional weekends.
  • Ability to maintain a flexible working attitude while performing job duties in stressful situations and a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.


  • High School degree; and five years of experience as an administrative assistant. College degree preferred.
