Primacy Strategy Group & Synergetic Endeavors Adds Key Staff to Leadership Teams
To meet clients’ growing needs, Primacy Strategy Group (PSG) – a 50/50 joint venture between Lockridge Grindal Nauen P.L.L.P. (LGN) and Synergetic Endeavors (SE) – announces the following additions to PSG’s and SE’s leadership team:
Rachael Beitler – Chief of Staff
Rachael Beitler has been named Chief of Staff for Primacy Strategy Group and Synergetic Endeavors.
Ms. Beitler comes to this role with extensive experience working for the U.S. Department of State (DOS) and Department of Energy (DOE). While at the DOS, she oversaw programs for the Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs in Moldova, Ukraine, Afghanistan, and Pakistan. She worked with international partners to deter or disrupt illicit drug trafficking and other transitional criminal activity and promote criminal justice cooperation with the United States.
During Ms. Beitler’s time at DOE she served as Senior Advisor to the Deputy Administrator for Defense Nuclear Nonproliferation in the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA). Prior to that she was Director of the Office of the Executive Secretariat at DOE, where she worked to modernize internal concurrence processes and improve the department’s operation and responsiveness. Previous to her work at DOS, she served as Director of Government Affairs at a Washington, D.C. government relations firm specializing in energy policy. She was responsible for managing and executing client initiatives to secure technical, financial, and policy support from the U.S. government.
In this senior role she will provide strategic advice to the CEO and senior leadership team and help guide the operational and organizational priorities of the two firms. Ms. Beitler will be based out of Washington, D.C., but will be traveling to regions across the country where PSG has client engagement. She is a skilled professional in the operation and execution of federal programs. Ms. Beitler is also a public policy expert who has operated in complex environments, domestically and internationally.
She is a graduate of Hamline University in St. Paul, Minnesota.

Margaret Thomas – Executive Assistant to the CEO
Margaret Thomas has been named the Executive Assistant to the CEO for Primacy Strategy Group and Synergetic Endeavors. She will be based out of the St. Paul offices. Ms. Thomas has over 30 years of administrative support experience, most of which has been supporting C-Suite level and senior management level executives. She has provided support for top level executives at companies such as UnitedHealth Group, Nestle Healthcare Nutrition and Honeywell, as well as smaller manufacturing and wealth management companies.
Ms. Thomas will manage both the daily and long-term schedule of the CEO, coordinating all travel, internal and external meetings, and providing other support as needed. She will serve as the point of contact between the CEO and other employees and clients and will facilitate the execution of business development projects.
Ms. Thomas is a native Minnesotan and resides in St. Paul.

Ms. Beitler and Ms. Thomas both started PSG and SE in June.

Over the last several months, PSG and SE have made additions to their teams in public policy, communications, public affairs, and government affairs.
